From first enquiry to container arrival — a clear, documented process with no surprises. Here is exactly how we work with international buyers.

Enquiry & Sample Request
Submit your enquiry via the form above or email export@volqcoffee.com. We respond within 48 hours with availability, current lot information, and sample dispatch confirmation.

Lot Confirmation & Pricing
Once the sample is approved, we issue a proforma invoice with lot details: origin, variety, processing, SCA score, screen size, moisture, and defect count. FOB Mombasa pricing in USD.

Documentation & Compliance
We prepare and supply all export documentation: KEPHIS phytosanitary certificate, AFA export licence, ICO certificate of origin, packing list, and bill of lading. We work with KIFWA-licensed freight forwarders.

Loading & Dispatch
Green beans are loaded into GrainPro-lined 60kg jute bags, stuffed into a 20FT container at Mombasa port. We send container seal number, loading photos, and tracking details upon dispatch.

Transit & Arrival
Typical transit time is 21–35 days depending on destination. We provide full shipping tracking and remain available for any port clearance queries. Target markets: Europe, USA, Middle East, and Asia.
